Which web browser do you use?

opera it has great thing called speed dial i reccomend 2 every1

I use Opera as well. I really enjoy the speed dial, mouse gestures, and whatever they call the great "keyword" search feature (type "g monkey" in the address and get a google search on monkeys. type "b batman" and get a bittorent search on batman. etc...)

I have no great browser loyalty though. Safari seems really fast. If there are plugins that do what Opera does, I'd probably just use Safari.

As a developer, I cannot believe people actually use Safari. What a piece of garbage. It's like the next version of IE for mac that never was.

I know alot of techies do not find IE a good browser (me included) but I do have to say that thanks to Microsoft's hold on the software market, it has become Industry standard and most sites are built to run on it.

Comparing Safari to that browser is totally wrong. I know its seems like Apple is somewhat doing what Microsoft does by giving their own browser with their OS, Safari is actually alot better than what most people think.

Its fast, its easy, and its takes up less resources. The new safari for windows does not perform as good though. It takes up too much resources, but loads up faster and runs smooth.

I'm a big fan of Firefox though. Its extremely good.

I switched to Firefix after seeing all the arguements on the thread.

Fireofx is much more better browser in the sense of its features and stuff. Safari is a nery fluid and smooth browser but like the thread says, it faces problems in rendering some sites.

Correction....

After giving Firefox a good going over... I like it. But for the Mac, I find Safari more easier to live with. Maybe its because I'm more used to it.

when i was using a pc i used firefox. now that i'm on a mac i still use firefox. i don't think i've even used safari except to download firefox.

i guess it's not that i prefer firefox over safari especially, i've just never really used it (safari).
