Just remember her needs. You require more power than she will. My guest she could use a basic system to do e-mail, word processing, iPhoto, and surfing the internet. Just to name a few things.

Yep that's pretty much it.. it's just so so hard *grin* I know she'll be pleased no matter what though. Do you think the default 256 that comes with the eMac is ok, or should I upgrade her to 512? I have a gig in mine so I don't remember what it was like to run 256

they haven't sold enough of their powerbook G4's yet. It will be awhile till they are able to cram a G5 chip in a notbook

see, its not hard to do this stuff... im really bad with photoshop...and i can still make images that are halfway believeable...so dont believe half the stuff you see
