It was a small dent. the Toshiba drives are not flat, and have pretty cheap housing. It seems like wobbly steel, i could dent it with my finger. A small part of the ridge on the drive is pushed down. So it's like last time, but now it makes an obnoxious buzzing. I fixed the dent, but it still does it.
There's no dent in the MB itself, but if you rest your elbow on the wrist rest (hard to say), or even with a light press with your hand, you can hear the ODD grind if there's a disk inside.
