Hi, Ian here. I have two Macs, one on macOS High Sierra and the other on macOS Mojave and I haven't spotted much difference in Finder.

There are several very nice differences between High Sierra and Mojave:

The 12 best features of MacOS Mojave - CNET

The biggest one being the optional Dark Mode, which seems to be a huge hit from the feedback that I've received. I've switched to it and I really like it too.

Gallery View is a really nice change.

Not part of Finder, but a feature new to Mojave, is FaceTime's improved ability to have a large number of users in on a conference call. Quite useful at this moment in time.
