They are spread across 4 separate external drives in a single USB-2 8 bay case. My Movies are on a separate SATAII internal Hard drive, my TV shows are on 2 internal SATAII drives and Music Videos are on a drive in the external case.

All told the music takes 400Gb out of 1.3Tb of available space. Lots of room to expand.

It's amazing how quickly you can fill it though, isn't it?

I've got 820gb of Internal disk space on mine, which seemed like a lot when I put it in, but I'm gradually ripping all my DVDs to hard drive so I (and my daughter) stop scratching the original disks.

An Average DVD is between 5 - 7 gb. I have nearly 500 of them, so considering I need a bit of space for other stuff, I'll be lucky to get 1/5 of them into the space I have.
