Guitar Hero World Tour. I'm kind of annoyed that I bought the PS2 version instead of the Wii version because I know I'm going to miss downloadable content and whatnot... still, decent game.

Zelda : A Link to the Past on my PSP.
Just beat Chrono Trigger which was something on my to do list for about 5 years. When i was 13 I was playing it on my SNES and got to Death mountain, and this is RIGHT before you get the flying epoch and bam. SNES crashes and my game stops working. Oh it felt glorious to kill Lavos two weeks ago.

Zelda is making me so frustrated though. Orcarina of time is probably my favorite game in history, but A link to the past is just plain evil. The Forest Skull Dungeon was probably one of the most frustrating times i've ever had in a video game.

Are you using some kind of mod/emulator to play this? I'd love to be able to play Link to the Past on my PSP.

Sooper Fast!
Prince of Persia (2008) - Kind of sucks so far. It's too easy mode. You can't die by falling, you can't die by fighting, you can't die. Makes it boring.

Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots - I'm loving this. It came with my PS3 when I got it last year. I played it for 15 minutes and didn't touch it until about two weeks ago and just started playing for several hours at a time.

I have like five or six games sitting on my shelf I have yet to really play. I'm working on FF XII, but I got stuck and haven't touched it since. Dead Space is coming in the mail this week and I'm getting RE5 next month.

Does anyone here play Eve Online? I really want to get into it, but it's almost impossible without a good corp.

And if it hasn't been mentioned, I buy console games from half.com . It's part of ebay but things have set prices. I've been picking up new released for about half price a few weeks after they're out in stores. I hate paying $60 for a game.

Yeah, if you get your PSP cracked you can run just about anything on your psp.

For how tos, a rom packs amongst other things, just do a google for psp iso.

It's got tutorials and everything you'll need. It has alot of awesome applications you can use. For instance i'm halfway through the Marvel Zombies series on my PSP as well.

Buh! I figured I'd have to crack it.. From what I've read, once you get to a certain version of firmware, you can't really go back.

I have an original 1001 PSP with 3.95 (I think) on it.

I have mod experience, as I've modded my original Xbox with the Evo Dashboard and XBMC, etc.

I just don't want to botch my PSP for not doing it right.

aye,

best advice is to get someone to do it for you. For whatever city your in, there should be a secondhand trading website. (Ex. Ottawa Classifieds - used items - buy and sell free classified ads - UsedOttawa.com) and you'll find people who can crack psps like pros, they charge about 10 bucks. If you do get it cracked, PM me and i can send you instructions and links on how to get your emulator up and running in 5 minutes.

I have been playing rainbow six vegas 2. I have the first one and I must say the second one is very much the same game but much better lol. graphics have greatly improved plus they added AI teammates in terrorist hunt. Plus the ranking system applies for single and multiplayer now instead of just multiplayer.

I have also been playing Sid Myers civilization Revolution. Amazing game I love it. The only turn base strategy game ever.

I am now waiting for the release of UFC undisputed and Killzone 2

Yeah I know what you mean I had the game on the computer. then they removed the servers for the second vegas. I was upset now since I couldn't go online. (not sure if they removed it from consoles even though I just bought the first one again but for PS3 now I haven't played it since I bought the second vegas at the same time)

Yeah.. I haven't had my X360 in almost a year, so I don't know..

R6:V is still fun on single-player too. Story or terrorist hunt, I liked both. It sucked though, I didn't get to finish it, because I was playing it on Realistic, and never got through it all before I sold it.

Yeah the story line from the first vegas ends with a to be continued. then the second vegas starts and it doesn't start from the continue point it starts when vegas is first being attacked and you play as someone else not logan. Since as you know from the first vegas you are in mexico at the time. I can't really explain more without spoiling the ending so yeah.

I hate when games do that.. But ah well..

I recently picked up a bunch of cheap Xbox games..

Currently playing:

Crimson Skies: High Road to Victory - more fun than the PC version, except I wish you could customize your ammo and your plane AND do an "instant action" gameplay instead of just story. At least it has split-screen multiplayer.
Brothers in Arms: Road to Hill 30 (had it for PC, so I know what it's like)
MechAssault 2: Lone Wolf - tonnes of mechwarrior-style action, fun game to play
Ninja Gaiden Black - Another classic
I've been dipping a bit into Morrowind too, but I like blowing stuff up too much to keep interested :p

yeah I have brother in arms: earned in blood and its a fun game. I found it so hard at first since I was more use to medal of honor. then after awhile I found it easy once you get use to the flanking strategy.

That's the thing I like about BiA, was the "situational awareness" and the whole flanking stuff.

I'm coming from a HEAVY Call of Duty background, and as far as I'm concerned, it's THE WWII shooter.. Nothing comes even close, not even MoH.

Anyways, the only thing I hate about Brothers in Arms is how inaccurate the weapons are. You could have your sights dead-on, and still miss. Like, the Thompson was more accurate than the M1, which is obviously a more accurate weapon than an SMG. Still a good game, I guess I'm just picky..

I've been playing MechAssault 2 for the past couple hours.. It's a lot of fun. I was surprised it was developed with FASA and the actual Mechs are relating to BattleTech and stuff.

yeah I know what you mean with the CoD thing. I use to play MoH, then I bought BiA, then I bought CoD and well I don't really play any of them anymore but when I do its always CoD

Recently got another x360.. Been playing CoD: World at War and Left4Dead...

World at War is really good.. Graphics wise, and gameplay. It's just simply amazing.

I was honestly disappointed by Left4Dead... But it's late so I'll write about it in another post tomorrow.

I've been playing X-Com UFO Defense. It is an old game from the 90's.
You can get it from STEAM for 5 bucks.

This is probably the most impressive game I've played in terms of enemy AI, difficulty, mechanics, and overall experience.

I rented Fallout 3.. In the past 2 1/2 days, I've logged 20-ish hours into it.. This game is so addicting and fun.. I've played it here and there a few times, but this is the first time I've gotten to sit down and play myself.

So much land to cover, so many cool things you can find/do.. I love it.. Oblivion was fun, but this just destroys it.

Definitely the next game I'm purchasing! (Sorry GTA4).
