Well since I am a switcher and in keeping with this forum I had Mac Donalds....lunch - McOz burger and fries. Nice....probably and Australia only burger. Healthier than a big mac or quarter pounder.
Breakfast however was sensible, museli and light milk, and a short black Italian coffee.

Today I had 4-cheese Spinach dip with lightly toasted pitas, a 1/2lb hamburger with pemeal bacon/chease/the worx, and a pint of Heineken to wash it all down.
