I have just finished my colossal shrimp w/coctail sauce.
4 chocolate covered almonds, I have to ration until I get some more.
I don't know what I am doing right, but I have lost some more weight.
I think it is the new pedometer.

Yep, same here Momma came over and I grilled out for her. BBQ chicken, T bones, baked beans and a walnut salad with feta. Terrible day but superb food.
