Just had a granola bar with some juice (didn't feel like making anything extravagant, plus eating right before bed doesn't help my stomach)

Had a good dinner earlier though. Some ginger garlic stir fry with chicken and whole grain rice. Was yummy :)

Had to get up early and have breakfast early as I will be on the run all day, so just made myself a sort of Spanish Omelet. Turned out real good.
