Well, just raided the 'team biscuit tin' looking for a source of energy to help me get through this last hour before my working week finally comes to an end...

Choices are limited - in fact there is no choice at all so I'm just about to took into a McVities Digestive with dark chocolate - quite nice as it happens :)

Just finished dinner, had to fend for myself tonight. Wife and kiddo are out. Dinner fare? Leftovers. Cold barbeque chicken, cold tomato w/ ranch dressing, potato chips. Beverage: ale. Dessert: Oatmeal cranberry cookie. Now I'm enjoying a coffee and some orange TicTacs.

Just about finishing a Nutri-Grain Oat Baked Bar - not entirely sure if I like these things - the flavours are nice but they seem to be a bit 'gloopy' and kind of dry up your mouth - put it this way - I really need the glass of water that is on my desk!
