I'm absolutely NOT a guy that looks forward to a major upgrade unless it accomplishes something that I need, or would like to see addressed. Photos 8.0 has been a thorn in my side since it was released. I shoot mostly RAW and unedited photos in RAW all appear blurry until I click on edit. EVERY preview looks like I missed focus and the first time this happened I almost had a heart attack. I thought I missed focus on 100 pictures. This is a known issue with other photographers in the Apple Communities and the general consensus was it would be addressed in the next upgrade to Sonoma.
If someone that has upgraded to Sonoma would kindly check Photos Version number, I'd appreciate it. If it is still version 8.0, I'm not going to bother with the upgrade at this point because the computer is running like a Swiss watch lately.
thanks
