I have a MacBook Pro 15" A1707 (2017). It received neither chock nor blow, but until 3 days my LCD is completely PINK with a large black band in the center. When my screen is open 20 cm the screen is OK. But 15 cm or 25, it is PINK. I also have a Thunderbolt screen and the image is OK all time.
I call Apple but all shops are closed right now in my country. I have read many articles, forum, watch youtube video. Some people say that it is possible to change this cable: https://www.bestinmac.com/en/boutiq...ces-retina-touchbar-a1707-late-2016-mid-2017/
I open the Mac, this cable seems not damaged.
I don't understand what happened, and I write to you all tonight to have your advice. My message is a bottle thrown into the sea.
Is anyone has an idea if it is this cable or complete screen to change?
Thanks in advance for your kind answer.
Luca
