My SSD trim is enabled on my Mojave set up. But I used to do a manual trim in Ubuntu and it was a good thing .I noticed a difference.
Is there any point to doing a manual trim via the Terminal on my Mac SSD?
If so what do you enter in the terminal?
In Ubuntu we used to use sudo fstrim -v /
