Finally I cloned my old system (catalina) from the hard drive to ssd and its seems ok now.

What did you use for cloning???

What a lot of extra work you seem to be having to do to get that Mac working the way you want to.

I must admit that I had to go Googling "What is "DEP" and "Device Enrollment Program (DEP) notification" etc. to discover exactly what it was all about.

Good luck with all of that extra stuff... or removing it...

Today I had some time so I did make a full reinstall followed the method in the above links and everything worked.
I had to disable Device Enrollment Program (DEP)
