How you do that with the PSP?

Sorry dude, I was in Las Vegas all weekend and just saw this. I use Snapshooter. It is not Univ/Bin though, so if you have an Intel Mac you just take the screen shot and drag it into the border. You can do a google search for other borders, cool stuff.

It came with icons as well. I had to manually change some of them though. e.g. msn

used ClearDock to change the color of the dock, its free from usanity, though shapeshifter i had to pay for, which applied the theme and icons.
