I say that it is more likely it will be Q3 and not Q4. Heard so from MacRumours and AppleInsider. Also, the MBP was due a refresh in WWDC but was delayed by the montevina delay. Montevina is due July 14th. MB and MBP are expected shortly after that in August.

OK, I think the problem is that your stance seems to be that this is a "definite" as opposed to a rumor that you read somewhere. As always, more times than not, these rumor sites are incorrect - so you shouldn't take anything they say as gospel until it comes from Apple.

Arghhhh!

I've been waiting for months now for a new MacBook to be announced. I start Uni in september and need one as I am doing a Media Course (Thats just my excuse when really I just WANT one lol)

Even just a teaser pic would me going, ot even a simple announcement from Apple that they are definetly coming soon!

Actually, rumors from those sites often turn out to be correct, not incorrect. Oh, and I am not taking it as gospel.

enough already!!!!

this thread was nice when we politely heard peoples opinions of what they think the new model(s) will have and when it (they) might be released but that time has passed and it has become ridiculous.

Buy the machine you need when you need it and it will continue to server your needs long after an updated model is released.
