ArsTechnica has a nice little article here: Seven under-the-radar Lion features you might have missed
on "unnoticed" features of Lion. One of them is that the EULA has been modified to allow Mac OS X to be run as a client in a virtual machine. This means that with Fusion or one of the other virtualization wrappers, you could presumably run SN as a virtual client without rebooting.
