Transmission: balancing d/l bandwidth
It seems if I have one download going at max d/l speed, the next torrent suffers lower speeds and doesn't reach max speed until the first one's done. Is there a way to balance these out so they both get the same speeds at all times?
Additionally, these two downloads - capped at 115k down and 25k up - immediately bog down my connection's ability to browse simple sites like CNN.com. How can I fix this?
