I love how they refer to it as "The Death Grip" LMAO
They are questioning that Steve jobs was dodging the fact that Apple customers deserve and apology... I dont agree, they saw they had an issue not only are correcting and have admited full wrong,and fixing it with zero cost or incovinience to Mr & Mrs Consumer with a nice free Bumper to boot... Bravo on the way Apple has handled this... they just made me an even bigger fan, no apology needed to me..
