For what it's worth. Looks like you've been really upping the miles. Please be very careful not to over do it. I don't want you to get sidelined due to an injury.:)

Also...not sure if you want to share or not. But how are things going shedding the pounds (don't have to be specific if you don't want)?:) With the extra miles...I'm hoping something positive in that area!:)

I took it very slow and this is the third (I believe) 8+ miler in the last month or so, trying to get one in every week if possible.

Weight I dont really know. Think I'm down at least 4 lbs, but normally I weigh on my Wii and thats packed away. On the otherhand I can see a significant reduction in lovehandles and belly fat . . . So, lookin good! :D

That's a good thing!:) And as I'm sure you know...sometimes "the stuff" that is lost...is replaced by muscle. So the scale doesn't always tell the whole story.
