I assume that when you experience this problem sound is working in other programs. I have experienced a problem with a few sites recently where the sound for some videos is off and I have to click the volume icon in the video. Have you tried that?

Thanks. I checked all the settings, but today, it worked on chrome, but not safari nor Firefox.
