It may be available but it's not exactly easy to use for the average user.
For starters, it's limited to a silicon Mac running macOS Sonoma.
You need a secondary device like an iPhone, iPad, PC, or another Mac to run the diagnosis on the Mac to be tested.
And lastly you need to be able to interpret the results with a view to repairing the problem. Not exactly self service.

It will be of great use to private repairers and repair shops though.

Not only for them, but for me as well. I am living far away from the town center almost in the suburbs, so it takes me a lot of time to get to the center where any service shop are located, more over I work from home. This app will save me a lot of time and efforts, maybe I won't use it very often, but surely it will come in hand when I will have to go for a check.
