Word for Mac Problem

The last line of my return address on envelopes specifies "USA". Since I don't send international mail, this is redundant and I'd like to get rid of it. How do I do it?

I'm not sure how you are accessing the return address. When I use "tools" "envelope" and look at the return address, I am typing it in, or saving it with no issues.

I'm checking the "Use my return address" box and having it filled in from preferences, but there's no "USA" in the preferences.

Remove it from your Contacts/Address Book entry. That's where it is getting it from.

That didn't do it. The return address is being taken from Word Preferences. I can make changes there and see them reflected in the envelope.

There is no country entry in preferences.
