Hi, I'm a relatively new convert to a Mac (iMac G5) from PC and life is just peachy. To make it peachier, I'd like to be able to sit on my sofa, in another room from my Mac and be able to use a wireless keyboard and mouse to access the internet, e mails and so on, with my TV acting as the monitor, wirelessly synched up to my Mac.

I'd also like to be able to access audio and visual files this way, either off a CD or DVD in the Mac drive or via the hard drive, whilst sat on my big squashy sofa, using a wireless keyboards and mouse.

I can find solutions that transmit from the Mac to the TV, but not receive....

Please can anyone point me in the right direction. My peachiness quotient depends on it.

Thanks, Johnny

So, for the video and audio from the mac to the TV, I would suggest something like AngelTrax...just google it, it's worth the 100 bucks.

For the long range wireless from keyboard and mouse back to mac...not sure about that solution. You might need something bluetooth enabled or better with a decent range, but surely it's out there.

I would google something like long-range wireless mouse and keyboard.
