Hi,

i just purchased a macbook and installed windows 7 using bootcamp. the install went fine but i'm in the military, in the middle east and don't have access to the drivers (apple.com is blocked by the country) also i don't have a disc because the computer doesn't come with one.

does anyone have suggestions where i might download at least the wireless card driver so i can get online on the windows side ?

Windows 7 64 bit
Macbook Pro Lion

Thanks in advance

Without being able to download a driver disk image from Apple, it's going to be difficult to find the proper driver on the internet for your hardware.

The other problem (more serious) that you may run into is if you ever have to reinstall OS X Lion. You can only download it from Apple.

If you have friends or a relative in the US that can help you out, I suggest you ask them to try to obtain a driver disk for you and also a Lion recovery disk.

Tell them to go to the nearest Apple store and ask for assistance. They should be able to do it direct from there.

Hey, stay safe over there and thanks for your service!
