Which is the best font to read E-Books on iOS devices?

We have the two superstars of ebook readers : Apple iBooks and Amazon Kindle.
It is not easy to read book son the iPhone or the iPad (as compared to the Kindle Devices).

But the Kindle App is much better than iBooks (in terms of readability) while iBooks trumps Kindle (in terms of sync with macOS).

What, according to you, is the best font to read on the small screen?

Bookerly, Palatino, San Francisco, Georgia, Seravek (personal fav.) etc.

I use Brookerly but I admit it was probably the default in my kindle app. I mostly use kindle books as I have an extensive kindle library that I started from the time they began offering e-books. I do read pdf books using an adobe pdf reader. And I did notice Seravek is not an option on any of my devices.

I tend to make the fonts rather large on any device I am reading on as that part of my eyesight is not as good as it use to be. So whether it is my phone or iPad mini (my two main reading devices) the font will be large.
