where to find apps for ibook g3 version 10.39

Hi, recently i got an old ibook g3 version 10.39 and is great for someone like me with no experience.
I searched around for programs to do the usual stuff like browsing, ripping music, etc... and everything that I find works only in mac os version 10.40 or greater.
my question, where can i find apps for my ibook?. Are there any sites where they stores old apps?.

OSX 10.3.9 was only from last year Tiger is OSX 10.4
Version tracker will still have the software.
