When will a new MBP be released?

MBP Late 2014, 2.2 GHz Intel Core i7, 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3, Yosemite 10.10.3
Hey guys,

Does anyone have any idea when a new MacBookPro 15" might be released (based on historical release dates)? I need to get a new mac & am wondering whether its worth waiting..

We get asked this question a lot and the short answer is "we know just as much as you do." Something to consider - does the MBP in it's current form do the job for you? If so, buy it. If not, wait.

And the long answer is 'When Apple is ready'. They closely guard future release dates.

2017 15" MBP, 16gig ram, 1TB SSD, OS 10.15
July, 2014 was when the last 15" MacBook Pro's were released (roughly 4 months). This would probably indicate that buying now is fine.
