BT Internet. Totally totally rubbish with frequent stops and disconnections. I’ve had engineers out five times, every time they leave the speed has doubled, then it drops back again over a couple of months until I despair enough to call them out again…

CableVision over-provisions their lines so you always get at least the speed you are paying for. This is CV 101/35 $89.00/Month service:

So, I saw your post and had to retest mine. You're not kidding, they are burning it up now. What are you actually "paying" for on your service agreement? I pay for 25 down and 5 up.

I have a triple-play package on their "Blast!" tier. I'm not even sure what that's rated for. Of course, Comcast is competing against FIOS here... if I wanted to, I could switch to FIOS tomorrow (I even have the ONT hardware, so installation is a no-brainer). I suspect that's why they have ramped up efforts to keep their customers happy.
