mgsfan18, are you on xbox live?
My subscription to xbox live ended like 3 or 4 months ago and I haven't renewed it yet I will let you know when I do
got dragon age: origins on the ps3.
still not sure about it. i think i was expecting more, maybe playing more will reveal a better or more interesting game.
playing a good puzzle game called critter crunch from PSN.
also started the original fallout on windows.
Ive been playing a game that just came out on pc lately called Torchlight. To describe this game Think Diablo 3 with world of warcraft graphics and quests. There are so many similarities between the music and quests and graphics you can just tell some folks at blizzard was involved.
i wasnt sure I was going to like it at first the character selection screen was cell shading and just looked a little cartoony but once I got into the game and into the dungeons it was really sweet. I was like whoa diablo with warcraft graphics.
oddly enough this game even has a netbook setting. so I wonder what netbooks could handle it.

I think I know what you mean eric.
I've played Baldur's Gate (haven't got too far into it), played Neverwinter Nights 1 and 2 (haven't got too for into em either) and bought Mass Effect, but lent it to my bro before I actually did anything worthwhile.
I was told by many that BG and NWN 1 + 2 were great rpg's, but for some reason I just found them to be "eh". Never really got into the whole table top conversion to game mechanic thing Bioware is famous for.
I was thinking about picking up Dragon Age, but I'm still going to wait on it.
As for me, I've been playing Uncharted 2 online (so awesome, anyone who wants to play co-op hit me up on psn: BiffyWang, as well as Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2.
So far, the single player experience is kind of rough. The story isn't really there, but the situations you're placed in are some of the craziest that really push the boundaries. There is actually a warning at the beginning of the game letting people bypass the first part altogether, and I can see why. That's probably why the beginning feels a bit disjointed, guess they didn't want to put too much in the beginning when they give an option to skip it.
