A friend lent me some PS3 games, so I've been playing Rachet & Clank: Tools of Destruction. I've always loved the R&C series, so this game is full of bright colors, cool weapons, and all kinds of fun.

I also finally picked up a copy of Rainbow Six Vegas 2 (believe it or not, this game is hard to find). I love it for the most part, but the AI seem less than par compared to the first. Between that, and the fact that they got rid of Terrorist Hunt for online play, I'm satisfied with it.

Oh, right now I split my time between Modern Warfare 2, Mass Effect 2 and Bioshock 2 all on Xbox 360. I'm looking forward to Battlefield Bad Company 2 next week.

How far into mass effect are you? I just got the sub quest from Samara. Right now I'm working on all the sub quests then all the people then I will continue on with the main quest.

For those of you into Mass Effect.. I've never played it, or even seen gameplay videos of it.. What's it like? Is it an action-RPG like Fallout? I guess I could just IGN it, but I'm lazy. :)

Act-RPG, Sci fi setting, its basically run gun get cover and blast people with your abilities. I would strongly suggest it to anyone. And I haven't played the first one and I'm able to understand what is going on. Although now I want to play the first one lol.

Awesome! I just watched a few gameplay vids, and it looks amazing! I love the action/RPG theme, like Fallout, but this looks like it crosses that, with Uncharted, or Gears of War (take cover/blind firing, etc).

I still need MW2, Army of Two 40th Day, and Killzone 2.. ME2 has just been added to that list, hahaha.

I agree, My 360 red-ringed, my flatmates red-ringed... So no more XBox in our flat. Maybe I'll go out and buy one at some point, but university is keeping me too busy.

Shame too, because there have been a lot of sequels I really want to get my hands on.

I've gone through Mass Effect a few times, and I can say that you certainly get your value for money. It is a great, expansive game. This is coming from someone whose prior RPG experience was Pokemon Silver. If the first game is anything to go by the sequel should be awesome.

Forza 3 is on my list, as is MW2, although a new Tom Clancy Vegas-style shooter would really make me happy!

But in answer to the OP, I've been playing the Desert Combat mod for Battlefield 1942 on my MacBook, and Age of Empires II on my G4 Cube. Loving the old-school gaming... at least until I get a more modern platform...

Sooper Fast!
Beat Mass Effect 2, Darksiders, and Dante's Inferno. If you didn't get royally screwed when trading in games, I'd take Darksiders and Dante's Inferno in and get Heavy Rain today. I also have Bioshock 2 at the house.

Next week is Battle Field: Bad Company 2, then Final Fantasy XIII, and then GOW III. Can't wait.

Heavy Rain is definitely going to be in my library soon too. That game is also super addicting.
