WebDAV folder: access with Mac and PC

MacBook Air M1& iMac (Ventura), iMac (High Sierra), iPhone 6s iOS 15.1, iPad mini, iOS 9.3.5
For sharing photos at my bicycle club, I recently set-up a WebDAV server provided by our ISP (Dreamhost) instead of the Apple iDisk we still use (and I still pay for). Access from the Mac is easy. Access from a Windows PC, however, is a nightmare. Could anyone suggest a Windows forum for posting such non-Mac and non-switcher question ? TIA
