I have a mid 2010 MBP with 8 GB RAM and all the systems are up to date.Primarily I use it like a desktop with an external monitor and Magic Mouse. Over all, all works very well. However....
On some Web sites that present information in slide shows, clicking my mouse will not advance the slide. CNET is the chief problem. Clicking the forward or back arrow has no effect. The problem is only on a handful of sites, not all of them. I use three browsers at different times, Safari, Chrome, and Firefox and this happens on all of them. Any ideas why?
