Washington Apple Store having special iPod giveaway (outdated link removed)
September 27, 2003 - 12:48 EDT To celebrate the grand opening of the new Apple Store at the University Village Mall in Seattle, Washington, Apple is giving away an iPod for each point the Washington Huskie football team scores today. "After the Huskies vs Stanford football game, head to our grand opening. Why? We'll be giving away one iPod free for every point the Huskies score in the game. The more points they score, the more chances you have to win. See official rules and details (outdated link removed)." In addition, the store will be home to a special performance by Columbia Records recording artists The Raveonettes at 8:00 p.m. PT tonight.
My Comments: I wish I lived in Washington again.. Maybe I should go back just for this event!
