Was running MBP with faulty screen on external display--partitioned for BC-no signal

A bit of a unique situation.
MacBook Pro Retina Mid-2012. Laptop display damaged, so I was running on external display (Samsung HDTV) via HDMI. Started Bootcamp assistant, partitioned drive, restarted... Now I get no signal. Have tried restarting in safe mode, and even tried using the Option, arrow, then enter key (blindly) to select MacOS as startup disk.

Any thoughts?
