I am using this Luxembourg-based VOIP company for pre-paid telephone calls. Normally it logs-on flawlessly but for the past 3 days I get 'Registration err' and the following faults window which I have reported to Apple, without resolution. The log-on window only flashes-up briefly so I have no change to check or alter my log-on details. I have plenty of pre-paid credit.
I have successfully verified my Mavericks OS and not made any changes recently. The VOIP company's free trial call service is working via their website' landline-to-landline. It seems like a server error but 3 days is a long time to drop service to thousands of clients. Any solution or advice? Thanks.
