Visual Studio .NET on Mac

Your Mac's Specs
MacBook Pro 2.33GHz, 3GB RAM, 250GB HDD, OS X Leopard
Well Im close to getting a Macbook but just one thing that bothers me. I know I'll be able to run it on Windows via Parallels or Boot Camp however is it also possible to run Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 .NET on a Mac OSX? Is there a version specially for Macs?
