Usb Extension Nightmare!!

I work on a Power Mac g4 running Mac OS 9.1. Recently I was trying to install an HP Officejet to print a document. The troubleshooting in the ReadMe file for the software said that sometimes there could be conflicts if there are other printers, etc that use USB in the extension folder. It said to turn off the extensions of the other ones. Well I messed up big time and turned off a USB Device extension (apparently the WRONG one) When I restarted, the computer booted up fine but I can not use any of my peripherals.. no keyboard, mouse, printer, etc. I basically have no access to my computer. I can't even boot off a cd because I need to use my keyboard and my keyboard is not usable. I LIVE on this computer for jobs and am frustrated. Does anyone have any idea HOW I can get back in my computer to turn the extension on?? Any help is very appreciated.

Is your keyboard and mouse third party that require special extensions? If yes, then try using an Apple keyboard.

If not, then try a different usb cable (and maybe another keyboard)

Thanks..

I am actually using the original apple keyboard that came with the G4. I believe I turned off all USB ports or something because nothing works in any USB port. I just unchecked the USB Device Extension.
