upgraded HDD and now can't install bootcamp???

Upgraded my Macbook Pro HDD to 500gig/7200rpm, imaged the Mac side with carbon copy clone(Mac side works fine), tried to install bootcamp, any OEM windows disk is just spun and spit out, restored drive VIA time machine same thing, re-installed snow leopard same thing...

disk drive read any disks, but a windows operating disk and my windows disks can be read by other machines...

any suggestions???

This is the drive I used Newegg.com - HITACHI Travelstar 7K500 HD20500 IDK/7K 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache 2.5" SATA 3.0Gb/s Internal Notebook Hard Drive -Retail and I just cloned the original Mac side VIA carbon copy cloner/firewire. I didn't see an option for formatting. Could this be the problem?
