Ken Ken…thanks again for all the info.

Try this:

- Boot the computer with the gray disk (the one you need to hold down "C" for).
- When you get to a screen where you are asked to make a choice (select language, agreement, etc.)…move your mouse pointer up to the top of the display (where the menu bar is usually) and click your mouse/trackpad in this area.
- If you are successful with this…then open Disk Utility…then Erase & Reformat.
- Quit Disk Utility
- Try installing the OS

Hello Nick

Thanks for your advice. However, I loan the disk C, then 1st Apple logo for 7 - 8 minutes then will see the errors on screen (photo enclosed). Doesn't work... Very bad situation and don't know how to do.

At this point, I think I'd have to suggest and ask if there isn't a good Apple tech you could get hold of or take to them for a possible fix??? ;)

What's shown in the photo does not look very good.

I think that one question that I asked previously and was not answered (or I don't think I saw an answer).;) What was the problem/issue that started this whole process?

Also (depending on the answer to the question above)…was this computer working 100% fine before doing all this?

Hello Nick Good to hearing from you again.
See answers underneath and hope it helps.

Ken ~ Yes, it was 100% good working in the past. 1 week ago, I was looking through web-browser Chrome then, it hang. That web-site was often & normally looking for e-shopping many times (like ebay), many users go through. Which is nothing special but suddenly hang. I turned the power button off for 5 seconds. Then, I can't login as normal user anymore, except Boot Safe.

Also (depending on the answer to the question above)…was this computer working 100% fine before doing all this?
Ken ~ Yes, 100% fine and saved working. I was even using NOD32 Antivirus without alert any malware before.

Thanks mate. Do you think that I can change a new hard disk and reinstall then everything goes fine? Because I checked those hardware don't have any problem so far. The screen, ram....etc

At this point, I think I'd have to suggest and ask if there isn't a good Apple tech you could get hold of or take to them for a possible fix??? ;)

What you need to remember is…one second a computer can be working fine…and then the next second it may not be working fine. So what you experienced is not necessarily a guarantee that something did not go wrong.

The fact that this computer will not boot properly from the original gray disk…and the questionable graphics shown in the earlier photo…seem to point to a hardware problem (not necessarily solved by an OS reinstall).

If your Mac cannot boot and run from any known good bootable source of which there can be many variables, it may not be worth doing any repairs depending on what the problem is.

The problem is actually figuring out what the actual problem really is and then the repair costs.

IE: No sense replacing the internal hard drive if the Mac won't even boot or run from any other normal bootable device or method. Something else is wrong or kaput!!

Firstly, thanks again on our support. Perhaps, you are right that there may be internal hardware problem but couldn't find out. Anyway, I may pass to a technician to check it later or may be possible to fix it. For my opinion, I don't wanted to waste it or resell it because it's still new & good so far on my hand. I still wanted to keep it a little longer even I will buy a new one may be next next year.... hee... cheers.
