What is "Other" files comprised of?

I am trying to ID what is taking up space on my 256 SSD....

That "Other" category is any filetype that doesn't fit into one of the other groups (Apps, Audio, Photos, Movies). There are some third-party apps that can give you a more detailed look. The two I've heard of are Whatsize and GrandPerspective. Other members may know of similar programs.

And you flash drive is way too full ~ most here recommend a minimum of 15% free space. If you are noticing slow downs this is what it will be.
