Trouble downloading yoesmite

I have tried several times to download Yoesmite on my Mac, OSX, 10.9.5, mid 2007 model, I meet all the criteria and it still stalls out near end, they tell me to try purchase and still no deal. Any ideas?

So, it's downloading and then dies during the download or it doesn't even begin?

It starts then near the end it stops, error, try purchases, I do that and same thing happens near end of download. I tried to change my DNS from .75.75.75.75 to.8.8.8.8 still nothing.
