I inadvertently deleted the torch from Control Centre. I have tried to get it back from the App Store but a search for torch offers everything but the original torch. Where is it?

Alwyn, I've found yet another option:

Open Settings > Control Centre and then choose "Reset Control Centre". That should allow you to start from scratch wherein the Torch should be there.

I forgot to ask you which iOS you have. If iOS 18 then my first post is best. If earlier you could enter Control Centre from Settings and choose from the list, those you wanted in Control Centre.

It's not an app as such, more like a system utility so you haven't "deleted" it, you've just removed it from the Control Centre display. Any method for editing controls will allow you to add it back to the displayed Control Centre options.
