Time Machine - Printer Issue - Help Please!

Got a PC desktop hooked up to the internet via ethernet cable. Just installed a Time Machine (to back up my MBPro). Disconnected my printer from it's previous USB port on the PC and connected it to the USB port on the TM. Now I can print wirelessly from my MBPro, but I can't figure out how to get my PC to see it. What am I missing???

Do you have printer sharing enabled on the Mac.

No need to have printer sharing enabled on the Mac, you only need Bonjour for Windows as mike said right above this post.
