My wife has 5 Weeks till summer. :D

Then comes my mother in-law for a two month visit.

Then my wife starts to work in her real job as a social worker, no more school. :D
Unless she goes back to get a Master's Degree.

I know what you mean, I missed up my first few years (to much play  ).

What is your field of study?

I have a degree in Math/Computer Science and a Master's in Software Engineering. :)

As I tell my wife, keep up the hard work, for it will pay off in the end. :D

im working on my BSCpE (Bachelors of Science in Computer Engineering). however, its really just the name of the degree, ill be more of a Electrical/Computer Engineer.

if i take an extra year i could dual major in computer science, but id rather not cause that would make for a really hard year on top of all my classes

heres the undergraduate flowchart

im somewhere between the 2nd and 4th semester, even though im finishing my 4th semester in college <_<

ACTs...

I just took mine...

didnt have enough time for math (which was going good until i heard "STOP")

didnt really have enough time over all, and reading was pretty much BS, questions were so ambiguous.

oh well, cheers for a score of 11!!!

or you can become a dentist and have the name doctor twice Dr. Blah, DDS .. seems redundant, but they want to make sure people hear the word Doctor

I pretty much decieded on the field im currently in my senior year after i realized computer science seems like alot of redundant schooling for a degree that wouldnt even enshur a job.

Ok, just a rant about another board.... http://www.fmboard.tk/ .
When that poor guy kept coming here asking people to join his board I did just to make him happy. Well I swear to God the thing is run by a bunch of kids. I went there every so often and all the posts were either extremely juvenile or personal attacks on how someone writes. Then you get the moderators that jump in and seem to be like some sort of 12 year old on a power trip. Recently they've been hacked multiple times and can't seem to fix the problem so they keep sending out these crazy "admin" notes in e-mail to all their members...I just couldn't take it anymore and deleted my account there....

Feeling much better now and I'm definitely glad I'm here.

The Pit is awesome!

Hmmm, to think I actually offered them hosting space! Good thing they didn't catch on to it :)

I take it by "poor guy" you mean fmcat ... he is about 12. fmboard WAS run by folk from about 12 upwards. the moderators at that time were quite bad ... the problem was fixed and the new forum is at www.mac-board.tk ... however a new and improved fmboard with a new forum and new staff can be seen on www.fmboard.tk - under new management.

There will be nothing wrong with the new forum!!

Well...my topic would have to be on school agian. Sometimes I wish I wasn't going to the art institute for graphic design. If I procrastinate...like I always do...there isn't any last minute studying...there is trying to finish a project...test for me are projects...and some of them I don't want to do...like the storyboards I'm suppose to be doing right now...I'll do it....but I don't want to...and that's frustrating. But other projects are a lot of fun...and I can deal with them...also...there are those classes where you have test...the gen ed classes...I'm glad we have them..it makes me feel balanced...but it's weird having two different sets of school styles....oh well...it's all good....at least it will be when I'm making all that money I won't be making :)

school, etc...

TylerMoney: I know what you mean, the schooling process never seems to end. I too am known for procrastinating regularly. My roommate wonders how I do it. (Then again she has Windows....- ::evil laugh:: ).

I am hoping to be a diplomat or translator or something of that nature, and I know it's going to be a lot of work. But, since I love languages, I know it will also be fun. At the moment I'm taking Spanish and French. My next language: Arabic. It's the "hot" language right now. [Gee, I wonder why... ;) ] Still, I'm excited to be taking a non-Romance language. I tried to learn Chinese once, but that was incredibly hard.
