I don't have a link to provide you with at this moment, but I read a story about how someone used screen sharing from another computer when their Mac was stolen and they were able to turn on the webcam and see the person who stole the Mac and the person's surroundings. In the end, they were able to get their Mac back by tracking down the person they saw in the webcam. Other than that, there isn't much you can do other than file a police report and let Apple know so that if someone tries to bring it to Apple for repairs or something, Apple will know it's stolen.
