Nope, anyone can setup an avatar. The only kind that don't work are animated gifs.

Yea, I got tha terror when I tried...which was too bad...

90x100 at about 10500 bytes...even smaller than that didn't show...

Ok, that's what I thought...I'm not losing a bunch of time wasting away here on the forums reading...I have my time set to PST and it's actually an hour off...?
