In all the development meetings and hours and millions spent on design of the Iphone 6 did no one think it was a bad idea to REDUCE the width of the mute button from Iphone 5 size making it SO difficult to access and if you have a cover requiring a paper clip or pen to switch it on or off! WHY?????

I can not answer that one, but from what I have seen and felt in my hand, it doesn't take much pressure to turn on or off, and to be honest, it sticks out nearly as much as the iPhone5 . . . .

Have not had any problems with the iPhone mute switch, which I use a lot because I go to the theatre and cinema a lot.
