Does anyone know where I can get some software for Ten Pin bowling league administration?

If you're wanting the software to manage statistics and personnel, you may be able to use a spreadsheet or a data base instead of something specific for bowling. You can try "Numbers" from the Mac App store, ($19.99) or data base software: Bento for Mac ($49.00)

Players scores are easy to keep a record of but when you factor in fixtures, lane assignments, handicaps etc a custom written program is the best option. There are lots of Windows based programs available but I can't seem to find a Mac version.

Then the answer for you might be to run Windows on your Mac. You didn't mention which Mac you have, however, the best option for you is probably to run virtual machine software with Windows as the guest OS. VirtualBox from Oracle is free and works very well. You still will need a legal copy of Windows to install though. Here is the download LINK for obtaining VirtualBox.
