hi,

i just downloaded and don't know what to do next... this is what shows on the screen.
i see the following on the screen:

your id <ID>
password <PASSWORD>
what should i do next?

Do you REALLY think it's a good idea to put your logon and password on a public forum?
Have you changed it yet?

As cradom said, not a good idea to put your user id & password on a forum. As to what to do to access your remote compuer:

See the attached picture - I blacked out my info except for the name of my remote computer. When I click on team viewer that is what I see (except the black areas have my user id & password). Anyway, to access my remote computer named Black_Beauty, I double click on the computer's name on the right hand side.

If you have installed teamviewer on the other computer and set it up correctly it should work.
